Led By Experience
George Dionisatos is the Director of Dion Group Projects, bringing over 15 years of experience in high-end residential construction across Sydney. A registered Master Builders Association member for the past 8 years, George is recognised for his commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and consistently delivering homes of exceptional quality.
He holds a Bachelor of Project Management (Hons) from UTS and combines formal training with extensive on-the-ground building experience. George personally oversees every project at a high level, ensuring clarity of direction, consistency in delivery, and alignment with the company’s standards across all sites. All staff members report directly to him weekly, maintaining strong oversight and accountability throughout every stage of construction.
As a hands-on leader, George remains closely involved throughout the construction process, ensuring each project is delivered with control, attention to detail, and a focus on outcomes.
Beyond his role in construction, George is a devoted husband and father. These values shape his approach to building strong client relationships and delivering homes defined by care, integrity, and longevity.
