A high-end contemporary residence in The Hills designed to maximise natural light, privacy, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The brief focused on delivering a refined family home with expansive open-plan interiors, natural stone finishes, burnished concrete flooring, bespoke joinery, custom wall treatments, feature lighting, and carefully layered material selections to create a warm yet sophisticated contemporary living environment.
The Challenges
The project involved complex architectural detailing including, large cantilevers, extensive glazing, custom facade treatments, and highly detailed interior finishes throughout the home. Coordinating bespoke joinery, natural stone applications, feature lighting, and custom interior elements alongside the structural and architectural requirements required a high level of precision and project management.
The Outcome
The completed home is a luxurious and sophisticated contemporary residence defined by thoughtful interiors, layered textures, and refined detailing throughout. Natural stone finishes, bespoke joinery, burnished feature lighting, and expansive glazing combine to create a warm and elevated family home that seamlessly connects indoor living with the surrounding outdoor spaces.
