01 Consultation + tender
We begin by taking the time to understand your vision, budget and timeline. This initial conversation allows us to assess project feasibility, provide guidance and outline the best path forward for your project. If you already have existing plans, we will present a highly detailed end-to-end tender for your project at this time.
02 Design + Planning
We work closely with Sydney’s leading architects, designers, and consultants to bring your project to life, checking any designs for key feasibility metrics at each stage. If you are undertaking a design + construction project this includes concept design, documentation and approvals, ensuring every detail is considered and resolved before construction begins. If you already have plans, we will use any pre construction time to resolve outstanding details e.g. interior design, to ensure a seamless transition into construction.
03 Construction
Your perfect new home or spaces are built with precision and care, overseen by your high performing Project Manager and Site Manager. You will have access to your very own project portal as well as fortnightly progress reporting and site meetings to ensure you’re always informed.
04 Handover
We conduct our own final site review and internal defect period before your pre-handover walk through to ensure every detail meets our standards. Your home is delivered ready to move in, with a smooth and seamless handover process.

1. What areas of Sydney do you service?
We service all areas of Sydney however, have specialty in the areas of the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Innerwest.
2. What is your average build cost?
Calculated using our current projects, our average build cost is approximately $2,300,000. However, we take on projects with a construction value starting at $1,200,000.
3. What is your average construction time?
Due to the variability in project scope and timelines, we do not provide an average build duration. We will present an approximate construction timeframe at your tender meeting.
4. What projects do you undertake?
We undertake the luxury construction of new homes (including knock down rebuilds), extensive home remodels + extensions and design + construction of luxury new homes.
5. How many projects do you have live at one time?
To offer a bespoke and transparent service, we aim to manage around 8-12 projects at any given time, depending on their individual scope. Our team of eleven are allocated carefully amoung these projects to ensure a personalised service.
6. Do you require interior design for all of your projects?
Interior design is integral to every project we deliver, ensuring a cohesive and considered outcome from start to finish. We will happily recommend some of Sydney’s most trusted interior designers to work with if you haven’t already organised this at the tender stage.
