The Challenges

The build featured extensive architectural and interior detailing, requiring a high level of precision across custom stair elements, recessed finishes, integrated glazing, bespoke cabinetry, and layered material transitions throughout the home. Coordination was further complicated by the clients being based overseas for the majority of the project, requiring clear communication, ongoing reporting and proactive project management to ensure design consistency, construction quality, and timely decision making across all stages of the project.
